From our experience, we can confidently say that the team has all the necessary resources, knowledge, and the right attitude towards their work to be entrusted with organizing large-scale events from concept to execution. Client request (email, call), after which we gather detailed information about the event details. SEA events will contact you and inform you about the timeline for preparing the proposal. SEA events creates the event proposal (presentation and provisional estimate). A contract is signed, and the client makes a 50% advance payment based on the provisional estimate. The client provides feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of work. Each event is unique, tailored to individual requests and wishes, so the amount of work and effort varies greatly. For this reason, there is no specific price list, but service prices approximately start from 1500 EUR for weddings and corporate events for full-service event organization, while for private events, they start from 500 EUR. The specific price for the service will be determined after your proposal is developed. Unlike seasonal events, we recommend starting to plan winter and summer corporate events about 3-4 months before the event. However, we advise beginning the planning process as early as possible to secure your preferred service providers (in that case, we prioritize booking the chosen service providers and return to active planning 2-3 months before the event). Based on our experience, we can also organize events within 2 weeks. It depends on your chosen date. For weddings in the summer months, we recommend planning well in advance, 8-12 months ahead, especially if a specific date has been chosen, as the range of service providers and availability during the summer season is limited. However, if the chosen date is outside of summer and Christmas time, and you do not have specific preferences and are willing to be flexible, then a wedding can be organized within 1-2 months. The first consultation and proposal preparation are free of charge.
