We believe there is no such thing as right or wrong - it's your special day and every choice a couple makes is right as long as it represents and makes you both feel fulfilled and happy. It is important for the couple to meet with the organizer and get the right vibe, as we will be going through a long process of planning together. It is our belief that every client has their particular service provider and every service provider has their specific client.
The goal is to communicate in a friendly and easy way, to make every conversation relaxed, rather than heavy and businesslike. Many times, by the end of the collaboration, we have gone from being suppliers and customers to being friends. SEA Events works only with reputable and quality service providers to ensure the best results. We are also organizers of weddings abroad.
Two types
Full Wedding Organization – organizing a wedding from A-Z when the couple has nothing in particular planned. This includes creating a wedding proposal in the form of a presentation, preparing a preliminary budget, communicating with all third parties and coordinating the final day.
Wedding Day Coordination – We'll take care of the planning of the wedding day to relieve the couple of worry and stress. All coordination and communication will be in the hands of SEA Events organizers. This offer includes 2-3 meetings where we go through all the information related to the wedding day.
What does a complete Wedding Planner service include:

A consultation with the couple
A wedding consultation with the couple to establish a relationship and determine their wishes for the special day, budget and other details relevant to the event.

File hand-over
Providing the couple with the wedding documents to facilitate the organization process.

Presentation
Preparation of a proposal in the form of a presentation.

Budget
Preliminary budget preparation.

Coordination
Communication and coordination of all third parties involved on the wedding day.

Drawing up of the contract and payment of all invoices.

Wedding Coordinator service include:

2-3 wedding consultations with the couple
During the first consultation, we get to know each other and clarify all the details about the wedding, during the second - we are able to understand the couple's progress and if necessary give guidance and direction on how to continue the planning process, and in the third consultation which takes place 3-4 weeks before the wedding, the couple gives the coordinators the contact details of all the service providers and people involved, the couple then presents the prepared wedding day scenario and, if necessary, we make corrections and recommendations.
